roasted corn and ancho salsa

cookware requirements are a mixing bowl, whisk , measurement spoons, sheet pan, measuring cup.
mise-en -place
2 cups corn removed fresh from ear or from can
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tablespoon ancho chili powder
2 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp cayenne
1/4 cup cilantro chopped
1/4 cup diced red bell peppers
Place corn and diced red pepper and add half of the oil then the ground spices in a bowl and mix. Place on sheet pan and roast at 375 for 8-10 minutes. remove and cool. return to bowl and add remainder of oil and season with salt. Serve with favorite chips
