2tbs coriander
2tbs fennel
3to 4 cloves garlic (minced)
3 shallots (minced)
4tbsp chopped fresh ginger root
3 jalepeno or serano chili diced
1/3 cup meaty end of two lemongrass stalks diced
1/4 cup palm sugar
1/8 cup kosher salt
2tbsp tumeric
2 tbs fish sauce(for seafood satay)
1 tsp red pepper flake
1/4 cup water
preparation
toast corriander seeds and fennel together in saute pan over medium heat. Add to food processor and rough chop. Add each ingredient to food processor one by one. You want a rough chop consistency
until you addthe water. Then blend till smooth
