Orange grill salmon

Required equipment is a gas or charcoal grill.
one bowl, one whip
mise en place:
one 8 0z. salmon fillet
one cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
zest of one orange
tablespoon chopped chive or parsley
Preparation:
Place mayonnaise, orange juice, zest, and herbs in a bowl and whisk. Remove half and set aside.
Place salmon fillet in bowl and cover with marinade , refrigerate two hours, remove and grill.
spoon orange mayonnaise on top of salmon.
