turkey burger stuffed with spinach and feta cheese

Mise en plac
1lb ground turkey
4 1 oz cubes feta cheese
4 oz spinach leaf
1 tsp chili flake
1 tsp ground cumin, corriander, fennegruck
1 tsp diced garlic
1/2 tbsp olive oil
s&p to taste

preparation
Saute spinach in olive oil and garlic, add chili flake and cool. Let excess liquid drain away.
Mix remaining spices and ground turkey, portion into eight balls. Place balls on cutting board and press flat. Place feta and spinach together in a small bowl and mix together. Turn mixture into 4 balls and distribute evenly on 4 patties.  Place remaining four patties, one atop each patty with spinach and cheese mixture.  Place each patty on hoy grill and cook till done through.
