Gonna need a jar with air tight lid.
Prep
Core, peal and cube two lbs. pears
1/2 box raisins
1/4 box light brown sugar
2 oz palm sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tbs. sea salt
2tbsp margarine
1/4 stick cinnamon
Prepare by heating saute pan and adding margarine; liquefy and add sugar, salt. Cook briefly and add fruit. Saute for half a minute and add palm sugar. Add cinnamon stick and allow to cool, stirring the mixture a couple of times every few minutes
