One pint cream for whip cream
one cup sour cream
one qt butter milk
2 lb blue cheese
two tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Preparation:
Whip cream to soft peak, add blue cheese, sour cream, dried spice...add a small amount of buttermilk and slowly mix, Slowly pour in buttermilk while mixing until desired taste and consistency is reached. Season with S&P then refrigerate.
