Hardware: Gas or charcoal grill, oven broiler will work, one toothpick
mise en place:

1/2 60z. chicken breast
two tablespoon olive oil 1/2 avacado (meat)
two slices beefsteak (5x3) tomato
1/2 cup sliced lettuce, your choice
two slices bacon, any variety cooked and diced
alfalfa sprouts
two slices cheddar cheese
two tablespoons of mexican tomato salsa or pico de gallo
one ten inch flour buritto wrap
Prepartion: Brush ckicken cutlet with olive oil and sprinkle with S&P, grill till done, slice or dice.
Sear bacon all brown and rough chop
Place the wrap on a flat surface, across the diameter place your prepared chicken, salsa, bacon, sprouts, lettuce, tomato, and cheese. With one hand pick the bottom of the wrap and fold over the mound of food, role a partial turn. Fold ends toward the wrap center and continue to fold. If necessary employ a toothpick to keep the wrap together. Finished
