- 4 cups cooked white rice (one or two day old rice is fine)
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp honey @ rice wine
- 1 cup assorted mixed vegetable: carrot, celery, onion, corn, peas, peppers, all diced
- one clove garlic minced
- 1/2 cup peanut oil (canola as a substitute)
- one egg scrambled and diced
