Asian veg fried rice

  1. 4 cups cooked white rice (one or  two day old rice is fine)
  2. 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  3. 1 tbsp oyster sauce 
  4. 1/2 tbsp honey @ rice wine
  5. 1 cup assorted mixed vegetable: carrot, celery, onion, corn, peas, peppers, all diced
  6. one clove garlic minced
  7. 1/2 cup peanut oil (canola as a substitute)
  8. one egg scrambled and diced
Add oil (peanut ) to smoking hot  pro cutlery wok or large saute pan.  Add vegetable and stir fry(add garlic last). Then add rice in batches and stir fry. When rice as a cooked hot texture add light soy toss with rice. then oyster sauce. Cook moisture out(two or three minutes). Then add chopped scrambled egg
