Rasberry Vinagrette

One kitchen blender

Two pints red raspberry
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
two shallot sliced
two clove garlic
1/2 tbsp thyme (fresh)
two cups canola oil
two cups red wine vinegar
one cup xvo
S@P to taste
 blend honey, mustard, shallot garlic, and thyme, Add canola and blend.  Add red wine vine and finish with XVO, S@P.
